Saturday will cover everything you really need to know about setting up and modifying programs for strength development, from the nuts and bolts of programming itself (volume, intensity, frequency, exercise selection, etc.) to nutrition, lifestyle, and psychological factors that impact performance. This day will include extensive Q&A time to ensure you’re confident applying the information to your own training and coaching.

Sunday will cover everything you ever wanted to know (and a bit more) about the squat, bench, and deadlift, from an in-depth biomechanical breakdown of each lift, to training considerations and tips for troubleshooting and optimizing the lifts for each individual. This will include both lecture and hands-on instruction. Come prepared to throw around some iron!.
